At Reverence Ballroom we strive to teach everyone how to dance as a couple. Maybe this will be for your wedding, social party or just a date night.

The Owners: Gerry and Vera Stephenson
They met in the summer of June 1979 while folk dancing and have been dancing together since 1979. Both trained in Canada and bringing over 40 years of experience to Reverence. Their love for dance is so evident in their passion and attention to detail in every class they teach.
Vera
She is an Examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance, and a Registered Teacher, the heart and soul of the dance studio’s structure. As an Examiner, Vera travels around the world examining RAD students that participate in the same RAD classes we offer at Reverence. Vera was labeled the ‘chameleon’ equally thrilled putting on the many colored coats of the styles of dance.
Gerry
He has been dancing for nearly 50 years and is the technical backbone of the studio. He is the one you don’t see but you know he is back stage making things run smoothly. But then you see him (and his fantastic mustache), teaching the Ballroom & Latin dance classes. Yes he is a certified ISTD instructor and along with Vera their passion to teach and have fun with couples dance comes through.
