Class Registration 2007-08

Classes Start Sept 5th, Be Ready & Excited To Dance!

 

Register online, its easy:

 

1.)Fill out the STUDENT information requested below FIRST.

 

2.) Select the type of class/s by clicking on the check box(s) beside the class that you would like to sign up for. Note: RAD Grade 1 and higher classes attend two times per week, make sure to click both boxes beside those classes.

 

3.) Click on the Submit Registration button ONE TIME ONLY.

 

4.) Print out the liability form from the 2007-08 Schedule page., fill out, sign and send by regular mail with your registration fee or call the studio and give us your credit card info over the phone, payable to:

Please print out the calendar and select the classes that you would like to take. Print out the liability form, fill out, sign and send by regular mail with your registration fee, payable to:

$20.00 per student/$30.00per family (two or more students)

Reverence Academy of Dance requires every Level 1 and higher student class selection to take one ballet course (RAD, Open or Technique) course per Academy year (Sept-June).

Example (Jazz1 + Ballet Technique or Tap 3 + Open Ballet 2)

 

Hold down the CONTROL key and click with your mouse to select multiple classes.
